Felecia is a native of Gallatin, Tennessee and has worked in the community since the age of 14.  She has served in many roles in the community and her church, First Baptist Church, East Winchester.  Felecia is a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother.  She enjoys watching sports, especially football and basketball, and she likes taking pictures in her spare time.

Felecia is committed to working to serve the community by assisting with meeting basic needs and bringing programming that serves all ages for the purpose of unity.
